I love the combination of nori seaweed and cheese.

The cheese does come melting out, but just mix it with the sauce. The cheese is savory on its own, but you can adjust the seasonings to taste! For 2-3 servings. Recipe by Karubo-n

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 200 gramsThinly sliced pork
  2. 1the same amount as the pork Nori seaweed
  3. 1the same amount as the pork Sliced cheese
  4. 1 dashSalt and pepper
  5. 1/2to 1 tablespoon ● Soy sauce
  6. 1/2to 1 tablespoon ● Mirin

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Season the pork slices with salt and pepper. Layer a piece each of nori seaweed and cheese on top. Use half of a slice of cheese.

    Roll up.

    Pan fry the rolls. When the surface is browned, put on a lid and cook through over medium heat. When the cheese starts to melt out, add the ● sauce ingredients.

    Coat the rolls with the sauce and melted cheese, and they're done.
