Peppered chicken

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Add all the ingredients from the first section and cook on meduim heat until chicken is soft
- 2
Strain the cooked chicken until completely dry
- 3
Next heat up oil and fry chicken until golden brown like this
- 4
In a pan add oil, chopped onions and pepper mix and fry lightly
- 5
Season the pepper mix lightly to avoid over seasoned dish
- 6
Add fried chicken, some of the stock of chicken and cover for 5 minutes
- 7
Lastly garnish with green pepper and onions and cook for another 2 minutes. Add ketchup for a bit of sweetness

Bala-bala / Crispy Vegetable Fritters Bala-bala / Crispy Vegetable Fritters
This food is usually sold as street food together with fried tofu in batter, banana in batter and others. But buying sometimes can be concerning, so better make it my self.Bala-bala comes from the word "bala" which means "messy" or "dirty" in Sundanese (one of our local dialects, usually spoken in West Java) maybe because the shape of it is a lil bit messy so they call this that way.Anyway, have a try! Chicken and Dumplings Chicken and Dumplings
Chicken and dumplings is one of those dishes that is super simple and easy to make. You can use different variations as time allows. I have used whole chickens that I have cooked all day. I have used just chicken breast or just chicken thigh. I have also used pre-cooked rotisserie chicken. Whatever your time allows it is super quick and easy to make this very hearty and delicious meal for your family . cdkaleczyc -

My peppered chicken always turns out dry. Who would have thought that adding just a bit of water would have made such a difference ✨
