Extremely Easy Dry Curry

My friend taught me how to make this, and it was so good that I posted it here. It's a great fool-proof dish!!
It's best with a generous amount of curry powder.
It's nice with tomato juice instead of vegetable juice too.
It's a simple dish with few ingredients, but if you like, you can add finely chopped green peppers, mixed vegetables or soy beans. For 2 servings. Recipe by meff

Cooking Instructions
- 1
I recommend you use a Teflon or a non-stick frying pan. Oil will come out of the meat, so fry the ground beef without oil.
- 2
Add vegetable juice and white wine (or cooking sake) until the meat is covered.
- 3
Add consomme and curry powder, mixing in an appropriate amount at a time, and fry until the juice evaporates.
- 4
Once it has evaporated, pour soy sauce, transfer to a serving plate with rice, and it's ready to eat!

I was chopping onions with the intention of making meat sauce, but I suddenly got an urge for dry curry. Before adding the ○ ingredients, make sure to blend the ☆ seasoning ingredients well with the other ingredients. It makes the curry more fragrant. You can use any spice you like. I just added the ones I always use when I make curry. You can use ground beef instead of a beef-pork mix. I think this would be tastier made with fresh garlic, but since I made it for my husband's lunch, I went light on the garlic flavor by using roast garlic powder. Dry Curry Dry Curry
My husband wants to eat dry curry! So, here it is.It's all about stir-fry! And mix! Just be careful not to burn it.Make sure to use curry powder (S&B's red-can curry powder, for example) and not store-bought roux. If you use a roux or curry flakes, it becomes too dense. Easy Authentic Indian Curry Easy Authentic Indian Curry
I really wanted to recreate the dish I eat regularly at an Indian restaurant, so I combined whatever spices I had. The homemade naan recipeis also easy to make, and you can make it at the same time as you make the curry. Bring the fragrant breeze of India to your home!I usually eyeball the spices, anyway so please adjust since everyone has different preferences for spiciness. You could also use mushrooms and eggplants - just use anything in the fridge. The curry tastes good even if you don't have of all the listed spices, but the key is to add the cumin and garam masala. For 4 servings. Recipe by Rizzy cookpad.japan -
