In our household, we make ginger pork by rolling the meat for easier eating and a more satisfying texture. It's also delicious with pork scraps (o^^o)
The origin of this recipe
When cooked flat, my kids found it hard to eat, so I started rolling it for easier bites…(^_^;) Rolling also makes it easier to remove excess fat and gives a more satisfying chew.

  6. 6

I tried making it with pork scraps♪
It had less excess fat and was more affordable (≧∇≦)
