Ingredients

  1. 400 gramsPork loin
  2. 1 tsp☆Juice from grated ginger
  3. 1 tsp☆Sake
  4. 3 tbsp★Soy sauce
  5. 2 tbsp★Sake
  6. 2 tbsp★Mirin
  7. 1 tbsp★Sugar
  8. 1 tbsp★Grated ginger
  9. 1Flour
  10. 1Cabbage, broccoli, cherry tomatoes
  11. 1Plain cooked rice

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Julienne the cabbage. Boil the broccoli in salted water.

  2. 2

    Make small cuts in the pork, then marinate in the ☆ ingredients for 15 minutes. Mix the ★ ingredients in a dish.

  3. 3

    Lightly dredge Step 1 with flour using a tea strainer.

  4. 4

    Heat oil in a frying pan and cook the meat. Once cooked, add the ★ sauce and coat.

  5. 5

    Put the cabbage into a bento box, then add Step 3. Top with the sauce. Add the vegetables.
