Ingredients

  1. 2 cupswheat flour
  2. 1 cuplukewarm water
  3. 1 tspsalt
  4. 2 tspmargarine/ blue band
  5. 50 mloil

    Pour the wheat flour into a bowl and add salt, margarine and mix together

  2. 2

    Then add 1/2 cup of water and continue mixing preferably with your fingures

  3. 3

    Mix until it starts to stick together, the start adding water gradually

  4. 4

    Add the water until the seems to really come together and at this point start kneading the dough with your knuckles for about ten minutes.

    Then cover the bowl with a cling film for about 30 minutes

    Then divide the the dough into 4-6 positions and cover them with alittle flour to prevent them from sticking to thesurface.

    Then one by one start rolling the dough with a rolling pin into circular shapes

    Then heat the frying pan over medium heat and place the chappti on the cooking pan

  9. 9

    Then put the rolled chapati on the pan and put oil on top

  10. 10

    Turn the chapati and put oil on the other dry side. then fry both sides

  11. 11

    Repeat the last process for 4-6 times

  12. 12

    After cooking put in a hot pot and serve while hot.
