I got this recipe from a coworker who says she got it from Pintrest. She doubled the cream cheese mixture, but I prefer it with less (this recipe). Whatever floats your cream cheese boat. :) Kristy -
Raisin Cream Cheese Chocolate Squares Raisin Cream Cheese Chocolate Squares
I was thinking of a Valentine's Day recipe that uses cream cheese when I stumbled upon a raisin cream filling recipe. It was really delicious and had a flavor that'd go well with other ingredients. So I thought I'd make a sandwiched cake using it! (The honey is my own spin). For the baking pan, I used the one that comes with our oven toaster. If it's a standard-sized oven toaster I think you can use it in the same way. For Steps 4-6, you don't have to extend the ingredients to cover the corners. Recipe by caramel-cookie cookpad.japan -

How was your long Fourth of July weekend?? Did you eat a lot?? I hope so!!!I’m sharing this recipe that I’ve been making since I was in high school. I learned it from my first boyfriend’s mom 🤭, she was such an amazing cook… Truly incredible! So you can imagine how many years I’ve been making it!!I usually make it in the form of a “coca” (a flat pastry), but this time, since I was bringing dessert to a friend’s house and there were going to be quite a few of us, I made individual portions!Come on, give them a try if you’re having lunch or dinner with friends or family… You’ll definitely impress everyone! Eclair Squares Eclair Squares
He told me that I have to use Duncan Hines Dark Chocolate Fudge for the brownie mix and Jell-o's Cook & Serve Vanilla for the vanilla pudding mix! So I made it like he said this time. Sometimes I put some brandy in as well, even though it's not listed in the ingredients... I think these eclair squares may be a little too sweet for Japanese tastes, but it seems that Americans would love it.Since this recipe is basically just mixing and baking, there aren't really any real tricks to it. I tend to add 2-3 teaspoons brandy to the brownie mix and 1/2-1 teaspoon to the vanilla pudding to give the eclairs a nice aroma. Recipe by Mama Imani cookpad.japan -
