Ingredients

  1. 1tspn Salt and pepper
  2. 1 tbspsugar
  3. 1 cupsoy sauce
  4. 3carrots sliced
  5. 4potatoes sliced
  6. 1lemon
  7. 1whole chicken
  8. 1red bell pepper
  9. 1onion diced
  10. 5 clovesgarlic diced
  11. 2 canstomato sauce
  12. 2 tbsptomato paste
  13. 1 tbspground pepper
  14. 2tspn sugar

Cooking Instructions

    In a separate container, place the chopped chicken and put soy sauce, lemon and ground pepper to add taste to the chicken

    In a pan, sautè garlic and onion, then when it gets brown, put the chicken then add 2 tbsp tomato paste and let it stand 3-5 mins until the color turns brown

    Add ingredients such as, sliced carrots and potatoes until it turns a little soft, you can add tomato sauce and sliced bell pepper. Let it stand 5-10 mins to perfectly cook the chicken

    You can add soy sauce, sugar, ground pepper and salt to taste, just right amount of those for the taste perfection of sauce. Simmer for about 5-7 mins

    Ready to serve! Enjoy!
