Ingredients

  1. 500 gwheat flour
  2. 3 Tspsugar
  3. 1 Tspsalt
  4. 16 Tspcooking oil
  5. 2 cupswarm water

Cooking Instructions

    Pour wheat flour in a shallow basin and add in sugar and salt and mix together.

    Make a small well in the middle and add your water a little at a time till you form a soft dough,

    Add 4Tsp of oil and knead fully

  4. 4

    Cover with a clean kitchen towel and set aside for about7 minutes

    Cut into 8 small equal balls,roll each ball into a circular shape of about 1inch thick

    Heat a cooking pan,when a little hot,place the rolled dough on it,one a time

  7. 7

    Turn the sides and apply oil and cook till golden brown

  8. 8

    After cooked cover in a lined kitchen towel to keep it warm for service

  9. 9

    Serve as desired
