Ingredients

  1. 1/4 kgliver
  2. 1diced Red onion
  3. 3sliced cloves garlic
  4. 1/2bell pepper
  5. 2tomatoes
  6. 1 bunchDhania
  7. pinchblack pepper, curry powder and paprika
  8. to tastesalt
  9. 1 tablespoonfrying oil

Cooking Instructions

    Boil the liver for 10 min.

  2. 2

    Fry the onions and garlic. Add the bell pepper and continue frying.

  3. 3

    Add the black pepper, paprika and curry powder and stir

  4. 4

    Add the tomatoes and let it cook for 1 minute. Add salt to taste.

  5. 5

    Add the liver and stir. You can add a little water to bring to boil for 3 minutes.

  6. 6

    Add the dhania and stir. Set aside and cover and let it cook from the steam.

  7. 7

    In a separate cooking pot bring 2 cups of water to boil and add your cut up Spaghetti and salt to taste

  8. 8

    Serve with the liver. Enjoy
