I love chapatis though the process is lengthy i still love it.
Cooking Instructions

Put flour in bowl, add salt and mix very well.

Add in 4 tbsp of oil
- 3
Add in warm water gradually and start to knead
- 4
Knead to form a semi hard dough.

Add 1 tbsp of oil and continue kneading. Then allow the dough to rest for 20 minutes.

Then roll the dough in a flat surface and Apply oil on top. Make sure oil is spread every where.

Fold from one side to another

Fold to form a rope like dough. Then divide into five to seven equal pieces.

Then make them to be ball like by folding the pieces at the edge.

Roll the dough balls one by one in to a nice circular shape.

Heat the pan. Put in the roll dough and dry on each side for a two minutes in each side.

Apply oil on each side and cook the chapati on both side until golden brown or brown

Put in a hot pot and cook for 10 minutes.

Cut into desired sizes and serve.
