Ingredients

  1. 100 gcoconut cream
  2. Onions
  3. Tomato
  4. Garlic
  5. Ginger
  6. Grammasala
  7. Masala mix
  8. Curry powder

Cooking Instructions

    Put a pan on medium heat. Add oil, onion,garlic and ginger.

    Cook it until golden brown and add masala mix, gram masala and curry powder.

    Add tomatoes on the mixture and a little tomato paste. Cook it for about 5 minutes.

    Add the coconut cream on the mixture

  5. 5

    Add the fish on the sauce formed.

  6. 6

    Cook it for around 7-10 minutes..You can add some mixed vegetables (optional).

    Serve with fried rice while hot. Enjoy.
