I was wondering what to take for my bento on an outing when I realized that I could take all sorts of things since we were going in a car.I think you can make these sandwiches with absolutely anything in your fridge.I'm sure your car will be cool enough if you're taking these for an outing, but I think it's even better to pack them with ice packs. You can also take custard cream or maple syrup (if possible) to make some dessert Also take some fruits along if you can! I have tried the egg/banana pancake before, and like others, I found it a bit too eggy to be an enjoyable pancake, more of a banana omelette. Inspired to buy the extra ingredient by the recipes of my friend Shobs, I used it and it worked. The coconut milk powder is flour/fat. Yum.#3ingredients
