Ingredients

  1. 2 lbpork roast
  2. 1 stickbutter
  3. 1/4 cupbrown sugar
  4. 1 tbspground allspice
  5. 2 tsponion powder
  6. 2 tspgarlic powder
  7. 1 tspground cinnamon
  8. 1 tspchili powder
  9. 3/4 tspcayenne pepper
  10. 1large pinch kosher salt and black pepper
  11. 1peanut oil; as needed

Cooking Instructions

    Cover pork loin with enough oil to coat.

    Season with dried spices excluding brown sugar.

  3. 3

    Roast at 300° for approximately 1 hour or until pork reaches desired doneness.

    Slowly melt butter in a small pan. Add brown sugar when butter is melted and stir quickly. Pour over pork roast during last 5 minutes of cooking.
