Pre heat oven to 350°F Fahrenheit.

Cook bacon until crispy

Make pancake batter
- 4
Grease muffin tins
- 5
Put one tablespoon maple syrup in the bottom of your muffin tins
- 6
Crumbled bacon and add to muffin tins
- 7
Pour just enough pancake batter to fill the muffin pan 3/4 of the way up.

Bake 12 minutes or until golden brown depending on your oven
- 9
Take out of the oven and serve warm Enjoy!
