toast 'N' scrambled egg

I was out of jam one day and decided to throw in strawberries and honey instead.. and I think I may love this match a lot more :D Happy cooking la!! Xox

just had this dish for a quick supper. doubled the egg quantity to serve 2 and also added a tsp of ground cumin to the onion, garlic and chilli mix at the start. lovely! :-)

I love having this as a simple dinner for one on the evenings my hubby's at work. I don't have to worry about a big "dinner production" and it's just enough to fill me up without weighing me down. Lol.

Superbly delicious and very simple to make. Though there is a pro tip on cooking the eggs on achieving that creamy and rich texture. The tip is to utilize on and off heat method on cooking the eggs. Details are explained below

I always loved sandwiches but I was a little tired of the classical ones so I wanted to try something more flavoured and good to the smell.

These eggs are so good :) they are easy to make, and they taste so good. You can use less salt and it brings out the flavor of the parsley, eggs, thyme & cheese! It's very good! :-)

Key is to whisk 90% of the time and to makse sure the pot doesn't get to hot to make really airy and creamy (without cream!) scrambled eggs. Definitely not as fast as scrambling eggs the traditional way, but truly decadent results!
