Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgbeef
  2. 1red capiscum
  3. 1yellow capicum
  4. 1green capiscum
  5. 1/2 tspdark soy sauce
  6. 1/2 tspoyster sauce
  7. 1/2 tspblack pepper
  8. 1/2tap salt
  9. 2 tbspnoil
  10. 1 cuptomato puree
  11. 1large carrot

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and cut the beef, boil in its water

  2. 2

    In a pan heat the oil and add the onions, sautee in oil but not brown, add the beef and stir. Add the chopped carrot.

    Add the chopped capiscums and continue stiring for 15 mins

  4. 4

    Add the tomato puree and spices and cook for another 15 mins

  5. 5

    Add stock/ water and leave to simmer for 30 mins

  6. 6

    Serve with chapati
