Fiber-Rich Keema Curry Fiber-Rich Keema Curry
I love curry brimming with lots of minced vegetables,so I made this. Just cutting up some veggies and mixing them in makes it taste amazing! The fruit has a distinct flavor and uses Java Curry; it was improved by the spices more than I expected . My boyfriend ate it, and was really surprised. He ended up eating all of it... I guess you could say it's healthy, but maybe he ate too much? You can use regular mixed ground meat, but using 80% beef: 20% chicken makes it light. I used mixed raisins (California, Sultana, green), but you could use just one variety. For 4 servings. Recipe by ochikeron cookpad.japan -
A Harmony of Chicken, Aubergine and Tomato A Harmony of Chicken, Aubergine and Tomato
I made this three years ago with ingredients I had in the fridge, and my husband named it. This was selected in the top 100 recipes at my local supermarket. Once, my husband even drank the rest of the sauce since he liked it so much. It has turned into a regular recipe for my mother-in-law. It has featured on a women's job website, as a recipe for busy women. It is richer with butter. It is better to use sweet tomatoes. I used cherry tomatoes the first time. Adjust the amount of soy sauce to your liking, as I think the richness is different according to the quantity of soy sauce. Cook down until the tomatoes are half-melted. I received feedback that the aubergines also melted. It also depends on the type of aubergine, but it will not melt too easily if you put it on top of the meat in Step 3. Nasi goreng or savoury rice Nasi goreng or savoury rice
Many years ago I worked with an ex royal marine who had traveled the world and we discovered that we had a common interest in food and he told me that on board ship the chef would save whatever meat or bacon or sausage was left over each day and on a friday would use it up with rice and make a what he called a nasigoren, I made this many times over the years and later discovered it was based on a nasi goreng which the chef probably came across in Indonesia, so here is my version and in tribute to scouse my old colleague from my time with the navy.Thesingingchef

Meat and Potatoes over Rice Meat and Potatoes over Rice
I froze some extra grilled hamburgers from another get together. This comes in handy from time to time. The HP Sauce in this adds a new plain of flavours. If HP Sauce is new to you it's the official sauce of the British Empire that actually has the Royal Seal of Approval on it. HP stands for House of Parliament. Between HP Sauce and Heinz 57 steak sauce both are my favorite steak sauces. skunkmonkey101 -

Stuffed Bell Peppers Stuffed Bell Peppers
I've been eating this since childhood, and generally each bell pepper (also known as capsicum) is enough for one meal either by itself or with sides. The stuffing is intended for 6 bell peppers, but can be eaten by itself or in like a wrap if you like.Kikuriki
