Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsBasmati rice cooked
  2. 1 cuppeas, 2 carrot chopped,1 capcicum, 2 sliced onions, 4 potatoes chopped, ginger,garlic paste. Tomato puree. Salt, turmeric, dhania,cumin powder,red chilli powder, garam masala

Cooking Instructions

    In a big pot add oil & ghee. Add the whole spices, saute.

    Now add the vegs. Add the masalas. Cooksl well. Add the tomato puree.

    Once cooked thru, keep aside. Take a carrot,aubergine, cut slices. Take potatoes cut chips.

    Fry them keep aside

    Start to assemble biryani.

    First layer if rice,then then vegs.Repeat till done. Now decorate with the fried vegs. Garnish with dhania. Bake for 20 mins in the oven,covered.
