Combine eggs,eggyolks,sugar,salt and lemon peel in a mixing bowl and beat in a Bain Marie with a hand whisk till warm and fluffy.

Remove from brain Marie and continue beating until stiff and cold.

Finally fold in flour.

Melt the butter and add it to the mixture.
- 5
Pour the mixture to a greased and lined baking tray.
- 6
Bake for 10-15 mins depending on temperature of the oven.

Once ready work on it immediately according to particular recipe
