Braided Bread with Rounds Braided Bread with Rounds
The bread came out so very soft and fluffy. The rounds were so good but the bottom of them turned hard on the second day, but the bread was perfect. I had my rounds on the bottom rack of the oven which is gas. I am thinking they may have gotten too hot. We have 2 racks in the oven. The granddaughters wouldn't stop eating the braided bread. skunkmonkey101 -
Easy Pita Bread in a Food Processer Easy Pita Bread in a Food Processer
I was making "eterno"'s bagels and was really impressed by the idea of using a processor to make them. I wondered if it was possible to make pita bread the same way, and after much trial and error I finally arrived at this recipe. In Step 4, make sure the seams are facing up when rolling the dough out with a rolling pin. Stretch it out gently. If the dough doesn't rise enough, open it up with a knife. When using an electric oven, bake at 300℃ for best results. Recipe by Akkorin mama cookpad.japan -
Saffron Bread and Rolls Saffron Bread and Rolls
I have wanted to learn how to bake. So I am experimenting a bit. I have always dreamed of making saffron bread and rolls. It turned out most desirable. The bread loaf is flat like I was hoping it would be. The rolls turned out just as big as I hoped for also. The saffron flavor is there, everything is good!!! skunkmonkey101 -

Delicious Apple Cake in a Bread Maker Delicious Apple Cake in a Bread Maker
I was looking for cake recipes to make every week since I like to bake something on Sundays. I couldn't decide, so I went with the classic yogurt-measured cake but made some changes in the quantities and added apples. It turned out amazing, the best I've ever made. Very fluffy and moist, it didn't last long even though I'm the only one with a sweet tooth and I'm maintaining my diet, so I only had a small piece. I made it in a bread maker, but it can also be done by hand and then baked in the oven. I always sift the flour, but this time I didn't, and it turned out better than ever. Fluffy White Bread Just Like a Baby's Cheek! Fluffy White Bread Just Like a Baby's Cheek!
I was planning to make the bread using Miya's recipe, but I didn't have any skim milk. I had no choice but to replace the watery skim milk with regular milk...huh??? After the first rising, the dough was like white bread! I remembered that the user soyon2 told me that using a lot of milk makes white bread. I made it myself and was so moved at how fluffy it turned out!The dough gets sticky easily, so brush your hands and the surface of the dough with flour to make it easier to work with. For 7-8 small bread rolls. Recipe by Mia cookpad.japan -

Milk Bread Milk Bread
This is the milk bread sold in Asian stores. It is soft like commercial bread, but sweet and milky. Perfect for sandwiches, toast, etc.You know how some bakers say, you can't make bread stressed out? It's true. When making your dough, you cannot stress about time. Knead as much as you can until you hit the right consistency. Watch a movie when letting the dough rise. Go out for your walk when you are proofing. Pay attention to the smell and peek in the oven to see how it looks instead of letting the timer run out. pow.shopow -
Condensed Milk Sweet Bread (Using a Bread Maker) Condensed Milk Sweet Bread (Using a Bread Maker)
I didn't want my leftover condensed milk to go to waste, so I tried making bread with it.Instead of making rolls, you can just use the bread course in the bread maker and this is also delicious. As the dough is really loose, if you don't coat with flour it'll stick to your hands. But be careful not to use too much. For 18 mini rolls. Recipe by Minimy cookpad.japan
