    Boil rice in a sufuria

    Add oil in a sufuria onions stir until it gets brownish add your pieces of meat stir until its well cooked season it add a little water to avoid burning leave it to cook

  3. 3

    Using a chopping board chop the carrots in ua desired shapes

  4. 4

    Boil water in another sufuria ensure its well boiled

  5. 5

    Add the carrots for 5mins drain the water and using a coriander pass them through a running cold tap

  6. 6

    Portion your meals

  7. 7

    Serve while hot
