Garlic and ginger give any vegetable good taste. I cook all my vegetables with this and can't have enough, taste so sweet. Was introduced to this by my Ugandan friend some years back.

Garlic and ginger give any vegetable good taste. I cook all my vegetables with this and can't have enough, taste so sweet. Was introduced to this by my Ugandan friend some years back.

Ingredients

20 minutes
3 servings
  1. 1/4cabbage
  2. 1 bunchspinach
  3. 1onion
  4. 1big tomato
  5. 4 clovescrushed garlic
  6. Small ginger crushed
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 2 tbspoil to fry
  9. leavesCoriander

Cooking Instructions

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash the vegetables and cut them. I prefer big cuts for the cabbage. Cut the onion, tomato and coriander leaves. Crush the garlic and ginger. Peel the tomato if you can

    Warm the oil in the pan and start frying the onion then garlic and ginger then coriander leaves,salt and lastly and the tomato.

    When tomato is cooked add the vegetables mix it well with the fried ingredients and leave for few minutes to cook. Don't cover the vegetables while cooking.

    When vegetables are well cooked you can serve with ugali, rice, mukimo, chapati, bread
