  1. 200 gflour (Millet, sorghum, and maize flour mixture)
  2. 10 piecesdates (de-seeded) or as per your taste
  3. Water

Cooking Instructions

    Fermentation process. Mix your porridge flour with water and make a paste. Pour the paste in a container and cover it. Put it in a warm place and let it sit there for 4-7 days.

    Cooking. Pour you fermented mixture and dates into a pan, add some water and bring it to a boil under lo Stir continuously to avoid the porridge from forming lumps. Cook your porridge to your desire thickness

  3. 3

    Serve.
