  1. Left over ugali
  2. All purpose flour as required
  3. Eggs as required
  4. Breadcrumbs as required
  5. Oil to deep fry
  6. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Cut your ugali to your desired size and shape

    Coat the pieces in flour, eggs and breadcrumbs

  3. 3

    Deep fry until golden brown

  4. 4

    Serve and enjoy with your favorite hot drink!!
