Great with Naan♪ Beef and Bean Curry Great with Naan♪ Beef and Bean Curry
Back when I made curry with a spice packet bought from an e-commerce store, I realized how to make authentic curry. I sometimes make this kind of curry. You can make it any time you gather the ingredients together♪.You could easily mince the onions if you have a food processor. For those of you that who prefer roughly minced meat, give it a quick whirl in the food processor for a satisfying texture and it'll be delicious♪.There are a lot of ingredients, so it might look like too much of a pain to make, but you doesn't take that long. If you take prep the mincing first, then the rest is relatively easy. My family doesn't like tomatoes, so I used minced meat this time, but feel free to use your preferred ingredients. When using chicken meat to make curry, marinate the chicken in 100 g yogurt first (for about an hour), and then add to the pot with the yogurt to make a delicious curry without the peculiar odor. Easy Cake Flour Curry Naan Easy Cake Flour Curry Naan
I didn't have enough bread flour, so I tried it with just cake flour. The yogurt goes rather well with curry! It is best if the dough is sticky when you start kneading. Please add in yogurt if it feels hard. It will stop sticking as you knead it. The naan will stay softer if you stretch it out thinly. If you cook it for a long time over high heat, it will harden, so watch out! Recipe by mini cookpad.japan -

Black dal with naan Black dal with naan
My first black dal try. I love this meal and really wanted to make one. The recipe is for people who are not in a hurry. I put the lentils in a bowl of cold water for 24h before I started cooking it. The water had to be changed 2-3 times. The result was amazing and the aroma in the kitchen was fantastic. Adrian -
