I made this the other day, and yesterday I arrived home very late and decided to warm and plate it differently and serve for supper.
I don't know any other way of re-doing chapatis as a leftover

I made this the other day, and yesterday I arrived home very late and decided to warm and plate it differently and serve for supper.

Ingredients

  1. 1 cupbrown ndengus
  2. 2large tomatoes
  3. 2large onions
  4. 1 tspblack pepper
  5. 1Knorr cube

Cooking Instructions

    Select the ndengus and wash

  2. 2

    Boil the ndengus until cooked

  3. 3

    Fry the onions in oil, add tomatoes and spices

  4. 4

    Add the ndengus and simmer for 20mins

  5. 5

    Serve with the chapati
