Ingredients

  1. 250 mlcooking oil
  2. 4tomatoes
  3. 1onion
  4. Bunchdhania
  5. Salt
  6. 1lemon
  7. Fresh fish

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a cooking pan, heat oil.

  2. 2

    Deep your fish into the oil and deep fry it till brown.

  3. 3

    In another pan or sufuria, add Oil, then onions and fry them till golden Brown, add the tomatoes and cook till they make a paste

  4. 4

    Add Dhania and salt to the paste, mix for about a minute then serve it

  5. 5

    Served best with ugali and any mboga kienyeji.
