Cooking Instructions

Using a knife remove the scales from the fish and rinse them thoroughly with water, mix your garlic and ginger and lemon juice, add a little salt and smear the fish with the mixture.

Now heat your frying oil to become light in a frying pan, deep Fry your fish both sides to turn brown and become crunchy. Now remove it and prepare your stew.

Fry your onions to golden brown, add your capsicum and Fry for a while, add the tomatoes and a little salt and coriander and simmer up to the tomatoes to form a thick red soup. Now deep your fish into the soup and cover to heat for two minutes.

Now the food is ready serve with your hot ugali and enjoy it with your black pepper. So yummy.
