  • 3 mediumsized bass or tilapia
  • 1 tbspButter/ margarine
  • 4 tspLemon juice
  • 1 tspRosemary
  • 1/4 tspSalt (optional)
  • 1 tspPaprika
  • 1Lemon Rind (optional)
  • 1 dashPepper (preferably fresh)

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Pre heat oven to 350° F

  2. 2

    In a shallow bowl, mix all the ingredients

  3. 3

    Place fish(s) in a baking sheet (ungreased)

  4. 4

    Pour the mixture over the fish

  5. 5

    Bake for 20-30 minutes (or until done to your perfection)
