3 mediumsized bass or tilapia
1 tbspButter/ margarine
4 tspLemon juice
1 tspRosemary
1/4 tspSalt (optional)
1 tspPaprika
1Lemon Rind (optional)
1 dashPepper (preferably fresh)

Pre heat oven to 350° F

In a shallow bowl, mix all the ingredients

Place fish(s) in a baking sheet (ungreased)

Pour the mixture over the fish

Bake for 20-30 minutes (or until done to your perfection)
