About 3 years ago, I saw a small cookie house on sale at a neighborhood French pastry shop for more than 3,000 yen, so I tried making my own.Since then, my child has been looking forward to making one every year, so this year I decided to make it again although I'm fighting morning sickness (I'm pregnant with my 2nd child) .Use leftover icing (that you used to stick the house together) to make icicles hang under the roof, or make snow drifts around the decorative pieces on the outside, and so on. I have fun varying the decoration every year.I used store-bought candies as decoration. Even small children love to look at the decorations. This year I glued a brick patterned chimney, and colored the exterior walls with red food coloring to color it slightly pink. I also made the tree 3D. Recipe by sakura'03

The other day I was really craving subways raspberry cheesecake cookies. So I did the only rational thing, I made a recipe based of them! This is my finished product please enjoy making these cookies and having a great treat!

My youngest son , school teacher had made this an assignment for earth week.... had the options to make them if we could, but she also made a video for the class and it was a writing assessment on the steps on how to make them... so we was lucky to have everything on hand to try and make these cookies..... food coloring is something I don’t keep on hand bc I don’t like cooking or baking with it, but I was very lucky to find some hiding in the back of my cabinet. He was excited that we could make these and add pictures to his assessment slide show he had to do if we made them.I love earthly things, we do things all year not just on earth day /earth earth week.
