Ingredients

  1. For fish:
  2. 1large fish (I used mkizi)
  3. Oil to fry
  4. Soy sauce
  5. Salt
  6. 3 clovesgarlic
  7. 1lime
  8. 2onions (julienne)
  9. 2large tomatoes
  10. For chips:
  11. Potatoes
  12. Oil to fry

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the fish cutlets and marinate using soy sauce, lime juice and salt in the fridge for about 30 minutes.

    Deep fry the fish until both sides turn golden brown and set aside to drain oil.

  3. 3

    Cook the onions and add chopped tomatoes and crushed garlic. Cook until soft and saucy. Add the fish and simmer for some minutes.

  4. 4

    For chips: peel your Potatoes, wash and cut into chips shape. Heat oil and deep-fry until dry but don't wait to change color.

  5. 5

    Serve the fish and chips with coleslaw.
