Ingredients

  1. 400 gmswholemeal wheat flour
  2. 200 gmsall purpose flour
  3. to tasteSome salt
  4. 1/2 cupcooking oil
  5. 1butternut puree
  6. Warm water

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl mix the wholemeal flour and all purpose flour and salt.

  2. 2

    Add in the butternut puree and rub in till well blended

  3. 3

    Make a dough by adding water bit by bit

  4. 4

    Finally add the cooking oil to the dough and knead throughly then place it aside to set

  5. 5

    Roll out the dough, apply some cooking oil. Cut and roll it into small balls.

  6. 6

    Roll out the balls to make chapati. Enjoy
