Delicious and easy to prepare

1large sweet peeper
2medium size tomatoes
1large onion
I medium size carrot
I medium size hot pepper
1lemon
Salt

Cooking Instructions

1

Slice onions into thin circles and put the in a small bowl

Add salt to the onions, mix well and put it aside for 5 minutes then wash the onions.

Slice tomatoes into sizable rings on plate of your choice. e

Grate carrot

Add onion to the plate with tomatoes as carrots
6

Cut the sweet peeper as you desire for garnishing
7

Add hot pepper to the salad
8

Squeeze the lemon to the salad, mix the salad well and serve.
