  • 2 packssmall size noodles
  • 1Scotch bonnet
  • 1medium bulb size onion
  • 1 handfuldiced spinach
  • 1/2 tspoil
  • 1/8 tspcurry powder

    Wash and crush onion and scotch bonnet

  2. 2

    Heat oil and semi fry crush onion and scotch bonnet and add water and curry powder and allow it to boil

  3. 3

    Add noodles and spinach until well done

  4. 4

    Serve immediately
