  1. 2 packssmall size noodles
  2. 1Scotch bonnet
  3. 1medium bulb size onion
  4. 1 handfuldiced spinach
  5. 1/2 tspoil
  6. 1/8 tspcurry powder

    Wash and crush onion and scotch bonnet

  2. 2

    Heat oil and semi fry crush onion and scotch bonnet and add water and curry powder and allow it to boil

  3. 3

    Add noodles and spinach until well done

  4. 4

    Serve immediately
