Cooking Instructions

Wash the beans and maize separately,then start by boiling the beans since they are very dry for some time before adding maize for about one and a half hours

Prepare the ingredients

To the other sufuria,add 2 table spoon of cooking oil then add the sliced onions and ginger to cook till almost golden brown

Add your tomatoes to cook then add the mixture of beans and maize without soup first and turn gently as you sprinkle salt over to taste

Add the soup and mix well allow it to cook for sometime.

Serve hot with steamed cabbage and a piece of avocado and enjoy
