Ingredients

  2. 3tomatoes
  3. 2onions
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. 1tspn garlic
  6. 1tspn ginger
  7. 1tspn parsley
  8. 1tspn mixed spices
  9. 1.5cap oil

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat a pan and add oil then ginger.

    Add garlic.

    Then onions.

  4. 4

    After they brown add tomatoes

  5. 5

    Until tender and soft.

    Add the chicken pieces one by one

    Give it a good mix

  8. 8

    Add parsley,salt and mixed spices.

    Mix and add the chicken stock.

  10. 10

    Covet and let it simmer for 10 mins.

    Serve hot with any accompaniment of your choice.
