Cone bread

The bread cone can be filled with various fillings. I tried mine with chocolate ganache.you can also consider filling them with fruits and sweet pastry cream etc.
Cooking Instructions

In a large bowl,mix flour with sugar and salt.dissolve the yeast in warm water and add it to the flour mixture.Add egg and milk and mixed everything together.add the butter and knead until the dough is soft. Cover with a clean dish towel and let it rise until doubled in size. Meanwhile you can prepare the cones.

Take 2 sheets of paper and make a cone and cover with aluminum foil, so that paper is not visible anymore. Repeat to make 8 cones.

Punch down the dough down on a floured surface into 8pcs.roll each for about 30 inch.

Roll the dough ropes around the aluminum cones.brush the cones with beaten egg.

Bake for about 16-18mins until golden brown.let them cool and fill it with your favorite filling
