Ingredients

  1. Rye bread
  2. 2eggs
  3. 1 tbspsoftened cream cheese/ cream/full cream milk
  4. 2 tbspfresh/frozen spinach
  5. to tasteGarlic powder,salt n pepper
  6. 2or more bacons strips
  7. Tspolive oil and butter

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Whisk eggs with the cream cheese and spinach. Add seasoning.

  2. 2

    Scramble eggs in olive oil and butter.

  3. 3

    Toast rye bread and fry bacon.Top bread with scramble eggs and crispy bacon.
