Ingredients

  1. 250 gAtta
  2. 250 gall purpose
  3. 125 mloil
  4. Warm water
  5. 2teaspon yeast
  6. 4 tablespoonsugar
  7. Melted Margarine to top

Cooking Instructions

    Weigh all the ingredients appropriately.

    Stir half spoon of sugar in warm water and add the yeast. Put aside and let it proof

    Sieve the flour to air it. Prepare the Bread tin and keep it aside.

    Mix sugar flour and oil and kneed together. Thereafter add the proved yeast to the flour mix and knead.

    Add a little warm water to get a soft dough that's non stick.

    Knead for about 5 more minutes.

    Cover it in a bowl and put it aside in a warm place to prove more for 40 minutes

    Yes heat the jiko as you drink some water to rehydrate.

    Back to the dough. Knead the puffed dough and knead it more for 5 minutes.

    Check to see if the jiko is already hot. If not pepeta iwake.,,😌🙄

    Deflate the dough thereafter put it in the prepared bread tin and put it aside for 20 minutes to rise.

    Preheat the sufurias and when the dough is well risen.. sandwich the baking it between the sufurias. Bake for 40 minutes or untill ready... When you insert a skewer it comes out dry.

    Enjoy the loaf with your cups of tea and bread spreads..
