I have always done my chapos plain or with butternut. Today I did pumpkin and they are sweet😋😋😋
Cooking Instructions

In a large bowl, put the salt, sugar and a little oil (2tbspn). Add the water and the pumpkin(should be freshly mashed to avoid lumps) NB. You can blend the pumpkin if you have a blender.

To this, add the flour in bits as you mix. Once the consistency is good, knead using your hands adding flour if required until dough is pliable.

Cover with a damp cloth and leave to rest for about 15 mins

Dust your work space with flour and start rolling out the dough (divided in 3parts). Apply oil and cut into strips. Roll the strips each on its own and set aside. Repeat until a dough is done

Now place pan on heat. Roll out the chapati one at a time and cook until browned on both ends. Apply oil as you turn. Repeat till the last one. Enjoy with stew of your choice
