A mix of Atta and all purpose flour Chapatis#four week challenge

A simple recipe for breakfast accompanied by a cup of tea
Cooking Instructions

Pour the atta mark and all purpose flour in the mixing bowl.

Add the water in small quantities.

Add few teaspoons of cooking oil.

Continue to knead it well till it's soft.

Sprinkle some flour then cover it with a clean piece of cloth.

Wait for two hours,then cut it into four pieces..

Take each piece and make small balls.

Take each ball and roll,apply oil then put it aside on the tray.Repeat for all pieces.

Knead it till it's soft and non sticky to the mixing bowl.

Heat the pan, place each rolled ball and heat both sides.

Add little oil and cook till it's brown for both sides.Repeat for all balls.

Your chapatis are now ready,kindly serve with beans.Enjoy your meal
