Ingredients

  1. 500 gmsFlour.
  2. 1 tbspYeast.
  3. 1/2 tspSalt.
  4. 30 gmsMargarine.
  5. 100 gmsSugar.
  6. 1Eggs
  7. 260 mlMilk

Cooking Instructions

    Measure all ingredients

    Sieve flour, add sugar and margarine and rub in

  3. 3

    Add yeast on one side of bowl and cover with flour. Add salt on the opposite side

  4. 4

    Mix milk and egg then add to the mixture

  5. 5

    Knead dough until soft and smooth

  6. 6

    Oil a tray with vegetable oil

  7. 7

    Set aside to prove

  8. 8

    Cut out doughnuts to shape and place them on the tray to rise for 20 mins

  9. 9

    Fry doughnuts
