Ingredients

Wash and cut your chicken breast, then add black pepper, seasoning and salt to it

Peel wash and chop your carrots and other vegetables in to desired shapes

Heat oil in a pan and add the grated onion and garlic then chicken and fry for three minutes

Add scotch bonnet seasoning cube and chopped parsley

Mean while mash your banana together with the one cup of milk
- 7
Add the banana mixture to the chicken and stir

Add the veggies and cook for 10 mins

Add corn flour slurry(dissolve the corn flour in the 3 tablespoons water and mix) to thicken the soup and take it off the heat

Serve with rice, or flat bread
