Cooking Instructions
- 1
Add all the spices and matumbo in a pot with water and boil till tender adding water if need be
- 2
Drain the broth. Cut your tripe (if not present cut) fry onions and tomatoes. Add enough salt. Add back the matumbo and reminder of the broth and cook under medium heat
- 3
Cook till the broth reduces to desired amount. Serve hot with ugali.
