Ingredients

  1. 500 gflour
  2. 1 cupgrated carrot
  3. Milk as required
  4. Salt
  5. Oil
  6. Shortening

Cooking Instructions

    Assemble all your ingredients in a working area. Coarsely or finely Grate your carrots

  2. 2

    In a bowl add flour,salt and shortening,mix with your fingers to form a sandy texture. Add the carrots and mix well.

    Add milk gradually as you knead till a nice dough is formed for better results knead for about 10mins

  4. 4

    Roll out the dough apply oil and then fold to balls. cover and let it rest for 15-30 mins

  5. 5

    Heat the pan and Roll out to a circle place in a pan and dry one side turn the other side apply oil and cook both sides till done.

  6. 6

    Serve with stew and greens
