I was craving this dish, and its a great source of iron.
Cooking Instructions

Fry the onion till brown and add the liver. Cook for 10 minutes till water starts to dry.

Add the tomatoes and cook to a purée, add salt for taste.
- 3
Serve with steamed cabbage and ugali while hot.
