Ingredients

5 servings
  1. 1/2 kgliver
  2. 4tomatoes large
  3. 1onion large
  4. Oil
  5. Salt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Fry the onion till brown and add the liver. Cook for 10 minutes till water starts to dry.

  2. 2

    Add the tomatoes and cook to a purée, add salt for taste.

  3. 3

    Serve with steamed cabbage and ugali while hot.
