Ingredients

2 hrs
15 servings
  1. 4indigenous chicken
  2. 2 tbsptomato paste
  3. 10large tomatoes
  4. Ginger & Garlic paste
  5. 2large onions
  6. 2 cupscooking cream
  7. 5large eggplant
  8. 5large capsicum
  9. Tumeric rice
  10. 2 kgdawaat biriyani rice
  11. 4 tbstumeric powder
  12. Salt
  13. Water

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Fry onions till brown then add the chicken, cook for 10 minutes then add the capsicum, eggplant & tomatoes.

    Once they are cooked add the paste of ginger,salt,tomato & cooking cream.

    Simmer for 5 minutes, then set aside.

    Boil the water mixed with oil, salt & tumeric stir to avoid sticking on the sides, the pot should be wide.
