Ingredients

  1. 1/2 CupCoffee beans
  2. 1 tbspfreshly ground cinnamon powder
  3. Seeds from 4-5 cardamom pods
  4. 2whole cloves
  5. 1/4 tspfreshly ground nutmeg
  6. 1/4 tspginger (you can use powder I prefer the fresh root)
  7. 1/4 tspblack pepper

Cooking Instructions

30 mins
  1. 1

    Place all ingredients in coffee grinder and process.

  2. 2

    Use 1 - 2 tbsp for brewing spiced coffee. It's best used immediately otherwise store in airtight container.

    Serve it black or with sugar and hot milk as desired.
