Cara Membuat

Siapkan bahan.
(Prepare ingredients, separate lettuce leaves).

Rebus batang daun bawang, masukkan bawang putih dan bawang merah yang sudah ditumis hingga wangi dan bakso ikan. Rebus selama 5 menit.
(Boil water, add the leek stems, sauteed garlic and shallots, and fish balls. If you'd like to add carrots, you can add them now. After it boils, wait for 5 minutes. Check the carrots, make sure they're cooked through).

Tambahkan bahan lainnya (kecuali selada) dan masukkan garam, lada bubuk, kaldu bubuk. Rebus sekitar 2 menit supaya crab stick tidak hancur dan tetap bertekstur.
(Add seasoning -salt, pepper, bouillon to taste- add mushrooms and crab sticks, boil for another 2 minutes).

Sesaat sebelum diangkat, masukkan selada. Tunggu sedikit layu, kemudian angkat.
(Right before you turn off the stove, add the lettuce. Let it soft a little bit and turn off the stove, add the remaining leek leaves, put it in a dish).
